Stunning solid oak chest of drawers with four deep drawers. The piece has been painted in a rich, deep midnight blue and protected with coats of lacquer and wax.
The legs and top edging have been highlighted in gold to match the knobs.
The decoupage is a beautiful layered scene with tropical birds, butterflies and jungle foliage in rich jewel colours. The decoupage has multiple layers of lacquer for protection.
The sides of the piece feature a flight of butterflies flying off into the distance.
inside the drawers have been painted in a vivid purple berry to give a pop of colour when opened.
The piece has been finished with beautiful gold knobs. The knobs are metal painted to give the illusion of mercury glass.
